Kini buah durian hasil okulasi Sarno sudah mendunia. Sudah banyak pesanan bibit buah tersebut yang tersebar diberbagai negara dunia. Tercatat di Tiongkok, Australia, Papua Nugini, Selandia Baru, Inggris dan Jerman ia pernah mengirimkan baik buah atau bibit durian Bhinneka Bawor.
